- Stakeholder alignment plan

Phase 3 (Days 61 to 90) — Ship + commit
- Ship the contained project
- Get sign-off on the longer-term direction
- Set up the cadences (1:1s, OKRs, reporting)
- The 30-60-90 review with my manager
