22:00 to 26:00 Willingness to pay / behavior
  - What would make this worth paying for
  - What would you replace
  - Who else would care

26:00 to 30:00 Close
  - Anything else surprising
  - Can we follow up
  - Referrals

Avoid: leading questions, asking about the future ("would you use this?")
