Day 0 (pre-day-1):
- Welcome email + offer paperwork confirmation
- Access provisioning (Slack, email, GitHub, etc.)
- First-week schedule sent
- Buddy / mentor assigned

Day 1:
- Welcome breakfast / coffee (in person or virtual)
- Tour of tools + repos
- Read: company wiki must-reads (3)
- 1:1 with manager

Day 2 to 3:
- Intro 1:1s (5 to 8 colleagues)
- Shadow on 1 customer / user call
- Set up dev environment (engineering) OR shadow team (non-eng)

Day 4 to 5:
- Pick up a starter task / project
- First end-of-week 1:1 with manager
- Goals for next 2 weeks set

Day 6 to 7:
- Ship the starter task / project
- Retrospective with manager
- 30-day goals confirmed
- Feedback on the onboarding itself

For each day: who owns what, deliverable, time block.

India: PF setup, gratuity nomination, leave balance brief, bank docs collected by HR.
